Customer Reviews
Good dispenser, fast shipping
I ordered the Semmi Starter Kit. It arrived quickly, about 3 days. The dispenser looks nice. Wipes work well. Happy with the purchase.
Really liked the starter kit
So, I got the Semmi Starter Kit last week and it's pretty cool. The dispenser looks way better than just having a regular pack of wipes sitting out, plus it's super easy to refill. The wipes themselves are good, no complaints there. Felt like a good upgrade for the bathroom, honestly. The shipping wasn't super fast but it wasn't slow either, just average.
Decent product, some minor issues
I picked up the Semmi Starter Kit with the bulk wipe refills. The dispenser is stylish and definitely an improvement over plastic packaging; it feels sturdy. The biodegradable flushable wipes are effective and gentle, which was important for me. My main gripe was with the shipping time; it took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. Also, while the dispenser is good, the lid mechanism could feel a little more robust. Overall, it's a good eco-friendly option, but there's room for small improvements in delivery speed and dispenser feel for the price point.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Get Semmi, just getting another Semmi refill pack. I've been using their biodegradable flushable wipes for months now. The quality is consistently good; they're always gentle and actually flush without issues. Shipping is reliable, usually takes about 4-5 days to get to my place in Ohio, which is exactly what I've come to expect. Their subscription bundles make it convenient, and I appreciate not having to think about running out. It's why I keep coming back.

Is the subscription worth it for the refills? How much do you actually save?
I saw an influencer code on Instagram, where do I even put that in when I'm checking out?
hey, was looking at these wipes. are they actually flushable like, for real? don't want to mess up my plumbing.
What's the deal with returns? If I don't like the dispenser, can I send it back?
Thinking of grabbing the starter kit. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?
